serious diversity problem
Your founders, core team, and advisors are all white-looking men. The women are all apparently relegated to support positions and are also mostly white-looking. How can you possibly know anything about doing good in the world if you have such a serious problem with your own in-house diversity issues? There are gzillions of wonderful folks from less-represented groups doing great philanthropy and development work!!!! You should have figured that one out a LONG time ago!!!
