is realy doing what they want to achive now

20% reduction 2 days per week achieved now no power , transport unless its generated by non coal fired or atomic power , the reductions wanted is realy achievable but im sure there would be hugh demonstrations if goverments applied these mesured , but the alternative now is this reality test
